Exchange and return and refund policy
If you want to exchange or return your order, no matter what the reason, we are here to help! The Consumer Code defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days after purchase in case of withdrawal. After that period, we make free exchanges or returns up to 30 days after the date of your order. You can exchange your product for in-store credit, a different product, or receive a refund for the same payment method you used.
